Before you book

A booking through the site holds the cabin for you only once it is paid.
Once you book, our staff will contact you to confirm the details and agree on payment.
Prepayment is 100% of the cost, due within 1 hour of making the booking. If it does not arrive in time, the booking is cancelled automatically.
A booking is confirmed only after payment and confirmation from our staff.
Until then the cabin you picked stays available to other guests.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at least 5 days before arrival (counted from 15:00 on the arrival day) — the prepayment is refunded in full.
Less than 5 days but at least 48 hours before — 50% is withheld, the rest is refunded.
Less than 48 hours before arrival, or a no-show — the prepayment is not refunded.
Cancellations and date changes are accepted in writing only — Telegram, WhatsApp or the form on the site. Not by phone.

The tourist levy — foreign guests only, paid separately

The levy is charged to foreign nationals and stateless persons checking into the glamping cabins and chalets — 61 800 UZS per person per night, at the rate in force on the arrival date. It is not part of the room rate and is not paid online: it is collected at reception. Uzbek citizens and residents are not charged.
